Alfredo’s Gallery Kuwait

A couple of weeks ago, we got the chance to try Alfredo’s Gallery, which is located in the Avenues mall. The place was very quiet and we were served immediately.

The best dish was the Risotto Gamberi e Rapa Rossa which is shrimp risotto cooked with beetroot water instead of cream it was very light & yummy …over all the food was heavenly delicious except the Bruschetta they were average…. Oooh & i must say (they have the BEST Tiramisu EVER) it was so light & delightful.

The place is highly recommended, everything is good about it and the prices were very reasonable.

Recipe: Dynamite Chicken\ Shrimps

ingredients:

-450 g chicken breast cubes or shrimps

-veggie oil

-1\4 tablespoon of sugar, salt, black pepper

-1\2 tablespoon of sesame oil

-1 maggi veggie cube

– 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

-sesame seeds and chopped green onions for decoration

The Batter:

1\4 cup all purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 egg

2 tablespoons starch

1 tablespoon veggie oil

1\2 cup cold water

Sauce:

you have 2 options:

1- the dynamite sauce that i posted it here >> CLICK !

2- sweet sauce:

-2 tablespoons honey

-1 tablespoon sugar

-2 tablespoons ketchup

-2 tablespoons vinegar

-pinch of salt

-2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce

Direction:

– mix (salt, sugar ,black pepper, sesame oil, vinegar, maggi cube) with the chicken\shrimps and keep it in the fridge for 30 min

 – mix all the batter ingredients with the chicken\shrimps

-deep fry for 3-5 min or until golden brown

-Simmer the sauce ingredients over low heat until it thickens but does not boil! ” لا يبقبق” 😛

-pour the sauce over the chicken\ shrimps , add sesame seeds , chopped green onions

-and ur done !

وطلع عندهم توصيل منازل اذا تبون بس حلاته الاكل ينوكل هناك بنفس الوقت

Caesar Salad: fresh,light and yumi dressing

Pizza Margherita : very light pizza, but to be honest i think it needs more flavor, by adding oregano, parmesan cheese or garlic sauce dipping  maybe ?

Alfredo: OH GOD SOOO YUMIII, ok i think no no wait i’m sure it’s the best Alfredo pasta in town !!

so tasty *naa63aa* and the most important it’s NOT heavy at all !!
